Jules teaching was down to earth and raw, it made it easy to be my authentic self around her and her sense of humour and spirit made every class fun, interactive and non-pretentious! I felt I could ask questions, get answers wrong, and really grasp a full understanding of the topic being discussed. Her teachings in class taught me it’s okay to be imperfect, and the beauty is in the trying, rather than the doing.

Jules is SUCH an incredible and caring mentor. Her kind, thoughtful, and "say it like it is" personality is very easy to connect with - It allows her to cultivate a space where it is safe to show up as you are, its safe to fail, and ask the dumb questions (no such thing). Jules has taught me so much, through advice and watching her navigate her own hurdles with compassion for herself. Jules embodies yoga off the mat just as well as on it, she is a joy to be around and learn from in the little moments of life.

Jules energy is incredible. She is a brilliant and most importantly safe space holder. I clicked straight away with her teaching style - based it on science and spirituality will follow. Her knowledge is at very high standard. she emphasised the importance of understanding anatomy and physiology of the human body and its impact on yoga. she was a friend, a coach, a mother to me during my training. She made me feel so special by seeing and acknowledging my progress.

I'm so grateful for all that she taught me, but more importantly for the life wisdom she shared with me. Her skills both in the studio and out are so impressive and so valuable. Working with Jules is such a privilege and I'm so honored to have her as a mentor/teacher.
